Manhood is muddy.
Men need your voice.

We’re gathering trusted voices—therapists, pastors, artists, poets, scientists, and sages—for honest conversations about life-giving masculinity.

What is it & why do it?

We believe this moment calls for something more honest—and more hopeful—than what most conversations about masculinity have offered.

Men are quietly asking, “What does it actually mean to be a good man? A faithful husband? A present father?” They’re trying to walk in faith, love well, and live with integrity—but few have been shown how.

That’s why we’re hosting the Restorative Manhood Summit: to create the kind of soul-stirring, story-rich conversations that feel more like eavesdropping in on a fireside conversation than a mega-conference.

How can I participate?

We’d love to feature you in a 40–60 minute video interview (recorded at your convenience). We’ll provide clear, guiding questions ahead of time, and aim for a relaxed, meaningful conversation, so that you can help men reclaim what’s been lost in them and rediscover who they were made to be.

“I want to be a
good man, a faithful husband, a present father—but no one ever showed me how. I’m tired of pretending I’ve got it figured out. Manhood feels muddy.
I don’t need hype or shame.
I need a guide.”

That’s the voice we hear from men again and again—and it’s why we’re inviting you to be part of the Restorative Manhood Summit. Your story, your presence, your wisdom could be the very lifeline someone’s been waiting for.

Interview Tips (please read)

We want you to look and sound your best—not just for your sake, but for the men who are listening and longing for something real. Here’s how to help us create a high-quality experience:

    • Avoid loud rooms or echoey spaces. Turn off fans, notifications, and silence your phone.

    • Natural light is great! Sit facing a window, or use a soft lamp near your face.

    • Avoid bright windows behind you—they’ll put you in shadow.

    • Built-in laptop mics can pick up background noise and echo.

    • A wired mic or headset (AirPods Pro, USB mics like Blue Yeti, etc.) dramatically improves sound.

    • If all else fails, just use what you have—we’ll make it work.

    • Set your camera at eye level, not looking up your nose or down on your face.

    • Use a laptop stand, stack of books, or tripod if needed.
      Clean your lens—it really helps.

    • Pay attention to what is behind you. You will want a background that looks somewhat professional, or at least in line with your personality. This could be a bookshelf in your office, a blank wall, a curtain, your garage, or an accent wall. Avoid having a messy background. Worse case scenario, you can set your camera settings to slightly blur your background.

    • We’ll likely use Riverside (we’ll send you a link ahead of time).

    • Use the strongest internet connection possible—Ethernet is ideal, or be close to your router.

    • Close other programs and browser tabs during recording.

    • Have water nearby

    • Relax—this is a conversation, not a performance

    • If you're unsure about any of the above, let us know—we’re happy to help!
