September 23–28, 2025

A digital summit for men hungry for more than clichés.

You're a man who wants to do it right.

You want to be a faithful husband, a loving father, a reliable friend. But no one ever showed you how.

You feel stuck. The cultural noise is loud. The Church is often silent. And manhood? It’s muddy.

That’s why we created this summit.

To offer men something more than hype, shame, or silence.

You’ll hear honest, story-rich conversations with therapists, pastors, scientists, artists, adventurers, and sages.
The kind of wisdom you wish your dad had offered.
The kind of guidance that doesn’t lecture—but walks with you.

This isn’t a pep talk or a program.
It’s a space to rediscover a hopeful, grounded vision of masculinity—and the man you were created to be.

Is this you?

  • You’re doing your best to be a good dad—but if you're honest, you often feel emotionally distant or unsure if it’s making a difference. You want to be more than just present—you want to connect.

The Restorative Manhood Summit helps men become intentional, grounded fathers who lead with strength, love, and clarity.

  • You’ve hit a point where you're not sure who you’re supposed to be anymore. The old rules don’t work. You’re tired of pretending, performing, or guessing.

The Restorative Manhood Summit helps you rediscover your identity and purpose—not by pushing harder, but by coming home to who you really are.

  • You have people around you—but no one who really knows you. Most conversations stay shallow. You miss having real, honest friendships with other men.

This summit creates space for men to build real brotherhood—the kind of friendships that challenge, support, and sharpen you.

  • Maybe you’ve been told you’re too much—or not enough. You're confused about what it actually means to be a man today, and you’re not alone.

This summit offers a better vision of masculinity—one that’s strong, grounded, and deeply good.

What is a Restorative Man?

A restorative man is a man who gives life—
Not just to his kids, but to his community, his marriage, his work, his friends.
He is a son, receiving identity.
A brother, offering strength.
A father, blessing with intention.
He doesn’t perform masculinity—he embodies it.

This summit is an invitation to become that kind of man.

What You’ll get

What did you inherit—and what are you passing on? We begin by examining the personal and cultural legacies that shape us. Through stories of identity, brokenness, and redemption, we’ll meet men who are rewriting their inherited narratives through faith, courage, and intentional restoration.

Day 1: the Legacy you Carry

Day 2: The Boy Becomes a Man

Initiation matters. And most of us missed it. This day reclaims the wild energy of boyhood and the power of initiation. From adventures and rites of passage to wounds and awakenings, we’ll explore how true manhood is forged—and how it can still be found.

Day 3: The Power of Brotherhood

You were never meant to go it alone. In a culture that breeds isolation, this day lifts up the life-changing strength of brotherhood. Through honest conversations about struggle, vulnerability, and shared mission, we’ll explore how connection restores courage and fuels transformation.

Day 4: Fatherhood

Every man is shaping a legacy. What will yours be? Whether you’re a biological father, mentor, coach, or spiritual guide—this day invites you to embrace your role as a life-giver. Discover how presence, responsibility, and intentionality change families, communities, and futures.

Day 5: The Second Passage

There comes a moment in every man’s life when the strength, identity, and strategies that carried him through his younger years no longer work. This is the Second Passage—the transition from striving to wisdom, from proving to presence. It often arrives through crisis, loss, or disillusionment. But beneath the shaking is an invitation: to become a different kind of man.

Day 6: Awakening the Masculine Soul

At the end of this journey, we return to the beginning—not to who we were, but to who we’ve always been. Underneath the roles, the wounds, the striving, and the silence is a soul that still longs, still believes, and still bears the image of God.
Through story, reflection, and truth, we’ll remember together: masculinity isn’t something to prove. It’s something to live from. Fully. Freely. And with strength rooted in love.
